Microneedling involves the use of tiny sterile needles which puncture the skin (micro-punctures). This then stimulate the body’s natural wound healing process. The wound healing cascade releases various growth factors in the skin, which in-tern also lead to an increase in the production of new collagen and elastin. Microneedling also opens microchannels which allows a deeper delivery/ penetration of the skincare product such as HIKARI MESO-COCKTAILS. Microneedling is an effective skin rejuvenation treatment and has various benefits which include, reducing fine lines and wrinkles, improve scaring, reduce hyperpigmentation and helping fade stretchmarks. HIKARI MESO-COCKTAILS® Hikari Meso-Cocktails contain an exclusive complex comprised of hyaluronic acid, antioxidants, minerals, vitamins, amino acids, and calming agents. The capsulation of the ingredients is based on a new development of micro-emulsion. This technology allows the ingredients to penetrate deeper into the dermis layer, increasing its efficiency and permeability, treating both superficial and deep skin conditions Here at Blossom Day Spa we use the Derma Pro Microneedling system, which is a hand held motorised pen device. During consultation, a skin test with the selected products is also carried out. A consultation fee of £25.00 is required, however if you choose to book and go ahead with the service, the consultation fee will be used to secure your booking. This fee will then go towards the overall price of the treatment, leaving the remaining balance to be paid in full at the time of your first treatment.
